Heated Bed Assembly & Cable: Ultimaker 2+ family

The heated bed assembly is a core component of your 3D printer, ensuring materials adhere to the build plate throughout printing. This official replacement kit is designed for the Ultimaker 2+ family, providing a stable 24 V heating platform that reaches up to 100 °C in under 10 minutes. Maintaining a consistent temperature prevents warping and delamination, essential for engineering materials such as ABS and CPE.

• Ultimaker 2+ and 2+ Extended
• Ultimaker 2 and 2 Extended
• Ultimaker 2+ Connect
• Ultimaker 3 and 3 Extended
• Ultimaker Original+

Note: This assembly is not compatible with the Ultimaker S-series (S3, S5, S7).

Maintenance and installation:

If your printer shows a "Heated Bed Error" or inconsistent temperature readings, this is often due to a fractured wire or sensor failure. When installing the replacement, remove the glass build plate first. Route the cable carefully through the Z-stage cable cover to ensure sufficient slack, allowing the build plate to move freely without snagging.

Note: This kit includes the heating element and cable only; the glass build plate, clamps, and aluminium Z-stage frame are not included.
